Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the start of services. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Service Delivery: All services are delivered online via secure video conferencing and digital communication platforms.
Limitation of Liability: MD Support LLC is not responsible for any decisions made by the client based on the information provided. Our services are offered on an “as is” basis.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Results Disclaimer: MD Support LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on the client’s own effort, commitment, and individual circumstances. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that personal growth and habit change involve individual responsibility.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
- 45 days or more before the start date — You’ll receive a full refund.
- 30 to 44 days before the start date — You’ll receive a 60% refund (we retain 40% as a commitment fee).
- 20 to 29 days before the start date — You’ll receive a 40% refund (we retain 60%).
- Less than 20 days before the start date — No refunds are available, as we’ve reserved your spot and made arrangements based on your participation.
Note: Any banking, transfer, or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Force Majeure: MD Support LLC is not responsible for delays, changes, or inability to deliver services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or health emergencies.
In the rare event something like this occurs, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, whether through rescheduling, alternative formats, or other accommodations, to ensure you continue receiving meaningful support

Important:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to support@mdsupportllc.com.
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10 business days.
- If you miss a scheduled session or event without notice, no refund or credit is provided.
- If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered new dates or a credit toward future services.
